General Surgery

General and vascular surgeons staff this specialty. Hernia repairs, utilizing the latest techniques, are the most popular of the many types of procedures performed by this specialty. Needle localizations of lesions, as well as stereotactic breast biopsies, are also performed. Sentinel node excision, and lymphatic mapping are also offered.

Orthopedics and Sports Medicine

The center has three state-of-the-art three chip cameras, which provide maximum visualization for small incision arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder. Reconstructive surgery on joints, fracture and tendon repairs are routinely scheduled. Hand and wrist surgeries including carpal tunnel releases, trigger finger as well as DeQuervains and Dupuytren's contractures are also performed.

Gynecology and Women's Health

Diagnostic D&C's, hysteroscopies, cervical biopsies, L.E.E.P.'s and laser laparoscopic surgeries are performed.

Ear, Nose, and Throat

Pediatric surgeries include T & A's, myringotomies (ear tube placements). Sinus surgeries performed are endoscopic procedures, and septoplasties The facial nerve monitor allows surgeries on the ear and neck to be safely performed. Surgery to alleviate snoring is also performed.

Plastic Surgery

Breast enhancement, augmentation, liposuction, face and eyelid surgeries are available. Skin grafting, removal of skin lesions and laser skin resurfacing are performed. Laser hair reduction is also offered.

Urology

Urological surgeries include cystoscopies, urinary bladder tumor removals, circumcisions as well as urinary tract stone removals and lithotripsy.

Podiatry

Surgery of the feet including bunionectomies, hammertoe repairs, joint replacement, foot fractures, Morton neuromas and endoscopic planter fasciotomy.

Ophthalmology

This service includes the state-of-the-art Alcon 20,000 phaco emulsifier for cataracts. Retinal surgery and surgery of the eyelids and surrounding structures. Yag lasers are available to treat secondary membrane formations.

Removal of impacted wisdom teeth, dental restorations for children and adults with special needs.

Includes peripheral nerve surgery i.e. carpal tunnels.

Pain Management

The pain management program is divided into two modalities, acute and chronic pain. Our anesthesia staff is readily available to provide intra and post operative pain management. Chronic pain is managed by out fellowship trained pain manager. Some of the modalities include nerve blocks, epidural steroid and trigger point injections. Intraoperative fluoroscopy guided facet joint and nerve injections are also provided.

Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

Our fully equipped endoscopy suite features Olympus scopes. Full intraprocedure monitoring is provided for safety. Upper and lower G.I. tract procedures are performed.
